  1. Monday

    Base layer fires + signal triage

    The base layer sends morning outreach to the week's batch of ICP-qualified, enriched prospects. Each opener is personalized by our proprietary system. In parallel, Signal Scanner surfaces the week's new triggers (new hires, funding closes, leadership changes, community mentions). Morning huddle triages the top signals for priority sequencing.

  2. Tuesday

    Precision sequences fire on top

    Priority signal accounts get custom sequences kicked off within 24h of trigger detection. Base layer continues its scheduled sends. Enrichment pipeline processes incoming records overnight so tomorrow's batch is ready.

  3. Wednesday

    Multi-channel coordination

    Email, LinkedIn, and community touches layer on the same story across both layers. First replies start landing, mostly from the base layer, occasionally from the signal layer when timing hits perfectly. Sales enablement begins prepping call briefs.

    Weekly report: base layer reply rate by hook, signal layer conversion rate by trigger type, pipeline value by segment. Optimizer flags the winning first-line hooks on the base side and the winning trigger classes on the signal side. Next week's sequences iterated on both tracks. Monday starts ahead of where this one did.
